  • All intellectual property rights related to EzzyRecharge, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and software, are owned by Saipali Communications Ltd.
  • You may not use or reproduce any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

  • EzzyRecharge is not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the information provided on our platform.

  • We may terminate your access to EzzyRecharge at any time, for any reason.
  • Upon termination, you will no longer have access to our services.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda.
